Mobysoft Launches New Series of Income Maximisation Events for 2023
Following on from the success of its 2022 events series, Mobysoft has increased the number and range of income maximisation events it will hold throughout 2023 as it looks to provide further support to its clients’ income collection functions and their tenancy sustainment efforts.
The events are scheduled to take place throughout the year and are delineated into separate areas of focus including manager session, plus a series of events offering insight into sector-wide challenges such as preparing for the effects of UC mass migration, as well as performance and benchmarking sessions.
Devised by Mobysoft’s in-house Customer Success team, the events program will span both webinar format and in-person sessions held at strategic regional locations across the UK selected to ensure maximum reach and convenience for those wishing to attend. Each session will be presented by Mobysoft income maximisation directors, Nick Beasley and Mark Walker, both of whom have several years experience within the social housing sector in roles including income collection officer, head of income, and customer accounts director.
Mobysoft director of customer success, Jon Brownbill, said of the program: “The feedback we’ve had in relation to previously held events of this nature has been incredibly positive and our customers have really benefitted from the actionable insight that has been provided.
“We’ve enhanced these sessions and added new topics to address the new challenges faced by our customers within the sector.
“In addition to the events themselves we’ll also be creating and distributing supporting content and resources that are designed to help social housing providers mitigate some of the increased sector-wide pressures they’re having to contend with.”
The first tranche of events will run from January to April, with the in-person events hosted by selected Mobysoft clients and grouped into regions spanning North, Midlands, South and Scotland. Those wishing to register their interest can sign up via our dedicated events page.
