Mobysoft Joins the National Housing Federation
Mobysoft, who supply the arrears management solution, RentSense, to social landlords, has become a National Housing Federation (NHF) Sector Supplier.
With almost 800 housing association members, providing homes for around six million people, the NHF are at the forefront of tackling the nation’s housing crisis.
“There are over 160 social landlords using RentSense to help them sustain tenancies, support tenants and protect revenues. Many of our customers are English Housing Associations, and this membership will help us further develop our relationships with existing customers, as well as giving a greater insight into the ongoing challenges that Housing Associations face, which help inform how we shape our solutions and services.” Commented Paul Evans, Director at Mobysoft.
Our Sector Suppliers demonstrate their commitment to working with our members and support the challenges they face. We’re pleased to welcome Mobysoft and their RentSense service to our Sector Supplier programme.”

Part of the process to become a member included references from customers. One such reference was South Lakes Housing’s Director of Director of Customers, Alison Kinnon, who commented on the excellent service Mobysoft provides and also how Mobysoft has helped customers since the pandemic.
“We have been and remain very satisfied with the standard of service we receive from Mobysoft…they have facilitated a community of users and invite users to training and briefing sessions and encourage joining in via LinkedIn. Since the Coronavirus pandemic they have been excellent in helping RPs (registered providers) to come together through regular webinars, sharing information to help keep us all up to date and to share best practice.”
“We look forward to working with NHF and its members and contributing to the discussion on the importance of social housing,” concluded Evans.
