Mobysoft Appoints Social Housing Expert to Help Advise Landlords

Mobysoft has appointed Mark Walker, as its third Income Maximisation Director. Mark has over 20 years of experience in the social housing sector, most recently as Director of Customer Accounts and Lettings at Optivo.

The Income Maximisation Director role at Mobysoft is made up of high performing ex-housing professionals. Their role is to help Mobysoft customers optimise their use of RentSense whilst also advising on income collection and customer service strategy.

Mark was formerly Head of Income at Optivo, responsible for managing the team in collecting over £250 million in annual rent debit, for nine years (pre and post-merger).

Mark will join an experienced team of Income Maximisation Directors including, Laurie Franks (ex South Tyneside Homes and Thirteen) and Nick Beasley (ex Rotherham Council). The department is headed up by Jonathan Brownbill, formerly of Equity Housing (now Great Places).
