Mobysoft Appoints Social Housing Expert for Assets and Repairs
Mobysoft has appointed Zoe La Brow, as a Customer Success Manager for their RepairSense solution. Zoe has over 20 years of experience in the social housing sector, most recently as Senior Technical Surveyor at Stockport Homes.
Zoe has joined to support the growing number of social landlords using Mobysoft’s new repairs solution called RepairSense.
Zoe has successfully managed inspection teams and has worked with in-house contractors, schedulers and call centre teams to ensure consistency in reporting repairs, helping to identify repair efficiencies and to achieve results in the repairs KPIs.
Having worked for a number of social landlords in the North West of England Zoe also has several housing qualifications and is currently working on a professional qualification with Property Care Association (PCA) as a Certified Surveyor for Dampness in Buildings (CSDB).
Zoe’s experience and enthusiasm will be critical in supporting and helping landlords in their use of RepairSense and ensuring they maximise their return on investment and deliver efficient and effective repairs service.
