Mobysoft has been invited to speak at the Capita One Housing Conference 2019, on Tuesday 5th February at Park Regis in Birmingham.

The Capita One Housing Conference is for social landlords that use Capita’s Housing Management System (One Housing), and this year’s event focuses on innovation.

Capita has asked Mobysoft to discuss both companies’ plans to offer an integrated solution between One Housing and RentSense.

Glenn Phillips, CTO at Mobysoft, will talk about how social landlords can prioritise rent arrears with advanced predictive analytics and how the integration between One Housing and RentSense will help Capita users mitigate the increasing issue of rising arrears due to Universal Credit.

“The Capita One Housing Conference is an excellent platform to speak with many of the leading technical decision makers in social housing about the major challenges they face. The underlying trend that we are seeing in the market is the need for integration across digital transformation projects. So, the Capita conference represents an exciting opportunity to discuss both of our plans for integrating RentSense with One Housing,” commented Glenn.

Michelle Tyler, Housing Director for Capita One adds, “Prioritising rent arrears is a key focus for our customers, and one that provides real efficiency savings when managed effectively. This use of predictive analytics is one of many hot topics on our agenda and we’re really looking forward to engaging with our customers about this and other innovations in technology that will make a difference to them and their customers day to day.”
