Mobysoft has appointed Rachel Collings as Account Director and Jonathan Maplesden as Account Manager to help support its growing customer base.
Rachel Collings has over 20 years’ experience of working in social housing, including local authority housing services, voluntary sector positions, and various social policy and performance improvement projects. In addition, Rachel has fulfilled key relationship management roles at the Northern Housing Consortium and most recently HouseMark.
“I am hugely excited to join Mobysoft as Account Director and managing our executive relationships across a number of RentSense customers whilst helping to ensure client success, which at present is critical in helping many mitigate Universal Credit and offer more focused support to their tenants.”
Jonathan Maplesden has over fifteen years public sector experience, many of which has been involved with social housing, having worked for Bury Metropolitan Borough Council, Capita and most recently Castleton Technology.
Jonathan joins as an Account Manager and will be responsible for managing a range of clients as well as working with Account Directors to support some larger clients.
