Mobysoft COVID-19: Business Continuity Actions and Plans
Here at Mobysoft, we are committed to protecting the health and safety of our employees, partners, and of course our customers. Like many businesses, we are closely monitoring the developing situation of the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
Mobysoft has a well tested and rigorous plan in place for business disruption so we can continue to serve our customers and provide our solutions. In addition to that we have put together an executive team to monitor the situation so that we have the necessary plans in place if the Coronavirus impacts our daily work at Mobysoft so that the business can help ensure the safety and wellbeing of our employees, in all locations.
Our technology is cloud-based and we don’t foresee any issues with regards to continuity of service. In parallel, we are ensuring that all of our staff can work remotely should they be required to do so.
The following steps are being taken by Mobysoft:
- Where appropriate we are asking employees to work from home to ensure continuity of service for our customers. Our systems have been fully stress tested to ensure services can be maintained and delivered.
- Mobysoft has already invested in virtual technology that enables staff to host and manage video conferencing and online meetings so that important meetings can continue without the need to travel.
- All staff are being advised of typical symptoms to spot (High temperature; coughing and shortness of breath)
- All staff are clear on how to respond by self-isolating away from other people and if experiencing symptoms or concerns are to call 111 and DO NOT visit a GP, pharmacy or hospital.
As a business we are well prepared for this disruption and it will not effect our ability to deliver our services or assist our customers throughout the coming weeks.
We will continue to monitor the Coronavirus pandemic and will heed advice from the Government over the coming weeks.
