This half-day conference is focused on how social landlords frame Universal Credit within their organisations, and from a strategic perspective what key controls and mitigation factors landlords employ, which will be examined from both a local authority and housing association perspective.

In addition to that DWP will be on hand to advise on the latest developments of Universal Credit and update on any information they have on managed migration. Moreover, Jon Brownbill will discuss personal responsibility and rent first and how employed these approaches at Equity Housing to deliver rent arrears of 0.56%.
