This London Boroughs Forum will address the impact of Covid-19 has had on social housing in the capital. It will cover how councils have balanced collecting rent and supporting tenants through the pandemic, and longer term plans for ending homelessness once the emergency investment from the government is stopped.

The forum will also discuss the longer term impact of Covid on the boroughs Housing Revenue Accounts and how this could affect housing and services in the capital.
