It’s more important than ever to ensure you are making contact with all tenants in need of support, at the earliest point possible, and to provide meaningful intervention. Every tenant not contacted is a missed support opportunity and a problem deteriorating.

The end of furlough and the removal of the UC uplift will see an influx in those requiring support so we will be looking at how you manage this, and ensure you are contacting and providing meaningful interventions for all your tenants.

We will look at how to increase the number of tenants you contact to support, adopt a first contact resolution approach, and simultaneously reduce your debt.

A guest speaker will be joining us to provide their insight and expertise.
