Alex joined Mobysoft in January 2020, previously he was the CEO of London-based Evaluate, a data & analytics business. He has extensive experience growing businesses and guiding them through periods of change.
Alex is an active fencer and has been known to spend his weekends attending equestrian events where his daughter competes.
Founder & Chief Innovation Officer
Derek is proud to lead the great team of talented, enthusiastic and passionate individuals we have here at Mobysoft. This team have helped us achieve top 20 ranking for two successive years (2015 and 2016) in the “Fastest Growing Technology Companies in the North” at the GP Bullhound Tech awards as well as scoop the business a Queen’s Award for Enterprise in Innovation in 2016.
Derek is also included on the Business Insider “42 under 42” leading entrepreneurs group, class of 2014, and was shortlisted for “Technology Entrepreneur of the Year” 2014. Derek is passionate about technology delivering customer success, specifically around technology helping customers succeed by unleashing the power of their data.
Derek is a father of three, a football fan and makes the somewhat unfounded claim of being the company’s elite runner!
Paul has a wealth of experience successfully growing software businesses, both globally and at a start-up level. Over a 20 year career Paul helped drive international sales at Sage and co-founded his own SaaS accounting software business.
Paul joined Mobysoft in November 2015, when he was appointed to the board. He left his own successful software business to join Mobysoft, lured by the on-going growth and continual investment in its unique software solution.
When not working and spending time with his young family Paul is an avid Everton fan and keen golfer.
Head of Client Services
Andy has extensive experience building teams to deliver high value outcomes across a diverse range of customers, leading to high retention rates and significant recurring revenue growth across multiple technology companies Worldwide. Over a 30 year career Andy has developed a passion for customer success and is a respected member of the board.
Andy joined Mobysoft in January 2019 as Head of Client Services and has been striving to ensure the customers receive the maximum value from the product ever since.
In his spare time Andy nurtures a mild obsession for all things automotive, loves anything that keeps him outdoors (preferably round a fire with a glass of wine) and is a trustee and administrator for a thriving youth charity.
Chief Financial Officer
Nick is an experienced Finance Executive with comprehensive financial management expertise and a track record of managing finance in growing businesses in the technology sector. He is a commercially orientated leader with a hands on approach and a can do attitude.
Nick joined Mobysoft in January 2019, with previous experience in leading organisations through change, he was well suited addition in Mobysoft’s period of growth.
Originally hailing from South Africa, in his spare time Nick is a keen cycling enthusiast who enjoys exploring the countryside on the weekends.
Ken Briddon was appointed Mobysoft chair in October 2017, he has worked for IT and software businesses for over 40 years’, including heading up PLC’s.
Ken has over 16 years’ experience of chairmanships and non-executive directorships of private equity-backed software and services businesses, and successfully advising and steering them through the transition to deliver further growth and profits.
Mark is a non-executive director at Mobysoft, whose NED background focusses on innovation driven growth companies, such as Mobysoft. Mark was one of the founders of Callcredit, overseeing the journey from start-up to trade sale to TransUnion via two PE backed transactions
Head of Product
Mark has 25 years’ experience of bringing new products to market, leading product management teams, and driving digital transformation initiatives. He is passionate about partnering with customers to deliver innovation and create value through actionable insight.
As Head of Product, Mark oversees the company’s product strategy and leads the product management organisation including innovation, data science, business intelligence and user experience, ensuring that Mobysoft’s products continue to create unique value for its customers.
Prior to Mobysoft, Mark was Product Manager for Global Sales Technology at UBS Investment Bank and previously held various product and development leadership roles for start-ups and multi-nationals, across financial services and other sectors.
