PMO Analyst
Reporting to the Head of Client Services, the overall purpose of the role is:
- Track implementations against agreed milestones.
- And where not, that risks are logged, communicated to customers and internally and that recovery plans are in place.
Main Activities & Tasks
- Manage the portfolio office for new product implementations with new clients;
- Manage the portfolio office for reimplementations with existing clients;
- Manage the portfolio office for new product implementations with new clients;
- Manage the portfolio office for of additional modules with existing clients;
- Support the project management of strategic and bespoke projects
- Weekly reports to customers on progress including risks and milestones.
- Manage centralised view of live implementations, currently on Trello and TeamGantt.
- Provide statistics and reporting on a weekly basis & monthly basis to Head of Client Services across the portfolio.
- Manage a live Risk Log.
- Maintain individual project plans & dependencies.
- Provide statistics and reporting on a weekly basis to Head of Client Services on all projects in flight and upcoming.
Key Accountabilities
- Single view of portfolio
- Lead responsibility of projects end to end and Initiation
- And providing oversight to Technical Implementation phase (lead responsibility sitting with Application Delivery Specialists) and UAT / Go Live / Close phases (with lead responsibility sitting with Client Success Managers).
- Providing portfolio management expertise to develop the existing project management activities and expand those to include further process definition, governance and risk management
- Providing general advice around project management best practice to the existing practitioners at Mobysoft;
- Deliver governance frameworks and delivery capability to underpin future growth
