A short report on the impact of UC on smaller landlords
Free download
This report surveyed over 35 smaller social landlords (with more than 900 units but less than 5,000) to measure and gauge the impact of Universal Credit on their operations and tenants. With tighter resources, due to budget constraints, than larger peers, it is important to be able to benchmark resource and performance against similar sized landlords. This insight can help inform decisions and where to invest within an organisation to help optimise returns. If you are keen to understand how smaller landlords are faring, benchmark your own organisation and understand what landlords are doing to mitigate UC.
