Tell us a little about yourself.
I have a fine art qualification but have not spent any time doing it since leaving college. My Dad was an artist, and I used to enjoy looking at architecture and recreating it in drawings with him.
What are you looking forward to doing most when lockdown eases?
Going out for a nice meal sat at a proper table indoors with friends. My daughter’s christening is booked as well so I hope that goes ahead. And like many others I cannot wait to go on holiday again.
In a sentence what is the purpose of your role?
Basically, making sure clients’ accuracy is high, running efficiently. A big part is to support implementation and software support. I have been described as a Swiss Army knife, getting involved and adapting to each client needs.
What does your role involve in terms of tasks and activities?
The main tasks in the optimisation programme for referred clients are to make sure once a customer is allocated the resource we will run project in Mission Control to make sure accuracy of RentSense is optimised. This could involve software support, implementations, CSMs and working closely with the customer. Proactive checks and balances and routine reviews of configurations ensuring optimal results for customers.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
I love the problem-solving aspect of our role. We are great at joining together to find solutions. I enjoy being nosey and fully understanding how alterations to the configuration can optimise the results. Such as when we introduce a new rule, the optimum config for each customer. I like getting stuck in and reading dev notes to fully understand the solution. The cross department collaboration is great. We all get on and enjoy working towards customer success.
